All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

Warranty

Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty for details. You may also speak with a Sleep BedR Mattress team member for more information regarding warranty coverage for your mattress or adjustable base.

100-Night Comfort Guarantee

We offer a 100-night comfort guarantee on mattresses priced over $1000. This policy does not apply to clearance or floor models.

To quality for an exchange the following conditions must be met:

• A mattress protector must be purchased from Sleep BedR Mattress and used.
• The manufacturer’s law tag must remain attached to the mattress.
• You must sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to the new mattress.
• If, after 30 nights, you are not satisfied, you may exchange the mattress for a new one. No refunds will be issued for items of lesser value. If the replacement is of greater value, you will be required to pay the price difference.

Please note: Mattresses that are stained, damaged, or fail inspection will not be eligible for exchange. An inspection will be conducted to confirm eligibility. A 10% restocking fee will also be assessed.

Order Cancellation

Orders canceled prior to the scheduled delivery date are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
